Where does the Audi track experience take place?

The event will be held at Taupō International Motorsport Park, New Zealand.

When is the event?

Audi track experience, hosted by Continental Cars Audi is running on Saturday, 7 November 2026.

  • As accommodation is included, check-in will be Friday, 6 November, and check-out Sunday 8 November
What ticket options are available?

There are two ticket types:

Audi track experience hosted by Continental Cars Audi– $2,600 per person

  • 2-nights accommodation at the Hilton Lake Taupō
  • Welcome drinks (Friday)
  • Half-day of track driving - 2 people per car (Saturday)
  • Lunch and refreshments (Saturday)
  • Gift pack
  • Photo gallery
  • Premium dinner (Saturday)

An additional driver can be added  with shared accommodation - $1,830

Can I bring a spectator?

Spectator tickets can be purchased ($200), but they are not permitted to attend the driving activities (even as a passenger).  The spectator ticket includes;

  • 2-nights accommodation at the Hilton Lake Taupō (shared with Driver ticket only)
  • Welcome drinks (Friday)
  • Lunch and refreshments at the Track (Saturday)
  • Premium dinner (Saturday)
How long does the driving experience last?
  • Half‑day sessions run from 8.00 am - 1.00 pm

Is accommodation included?

Accommodation is included in the Continental Cars Audi package. 

  • Check-in: Friday, 6 November
  • Check-out: Sunday, 8 November
Do I need prior track driving experience?

No prior track experience is required. Professional instructors will guide you throughout the day.

What are the age and licence requirements?

All drivers must:

  • Be 21 years or older
  • Hold a current, valid full driver licence
  • Present their physical licence on the day (copies or provisional licences are not accepted)
Do I require any insurance as a Driver?

Audi arranges compulsory insurance for the event, including public and third‑party liability.

Drivers are responsible for insurance excess in the event of damage caused by careless or negligent driving. An excess is 10% of the vehicle’s cost price, with a minimum of $5,000 and a maximum of $10,000 (excl. GST).

What should I bring on the day?

Please bring:

  • Your full driver licence
  • Suitable closed‑toe footwear
  • Comfortable clothing

Audi provides vehicles, helmets (if required), catering, and professional instruction.

What is the cancellation policy?
  • Up to 3 months prior: $75 administration fee per driver ticket
  • Up to 8 weeks prior: 50% cancellation fee
  • Within 4 weeks: 100% cancellation fee
  • All cancellations must be made in writing. No‑shows without written communication are non‑refundable.

If the event is cancelled due to weather or circumstances beyond Audi’s control:

  • You’ll be offered a rescheduled date, or
  • A full refund

Audi is not responsible for additional costs booked individually, such as travel or accommodation.
